Vivomove HR issue

Hi

My Vivomove HR updated itself to v5.0 overnight. Every 30 seconds (I timed it, it is happening to the second) it is doing the disconnected-reconnected buzz.

However, it never actually connects to the app and as a result, not only do I not receive other notifications, I can't sync it and I can't change the settings to disable the connectivity notification (I can change them in the app, but they never get pushed to the device)

I know it's a brand new SW update but this is a tricky situation. You can download past versions off the website and then use the app to update your watch, but if it can't connect to it that idea won't work.

If anybody has some ideas, please let me know. Thank you!
