Faded Screen

Looking at the threads, if my Vivo is just over 2 years old and out of warranty, your response to a faded screen is bin it and buy a new one. Seriously!!! 
If this is a known problem, why don’t you extend the warranty on this issue or repair the watch?

  • I had the same issue, I contacted them and as it was out of warranty, they offered to replace it but for £120!

    I asked if they could offer me a discount on the updated model and they refused :( so now i have a watch which i cannot connect to my new phone and is showing the incorrect time due to DST!

  • I contacted them and they said they would repair for £68.  Bought a Fitbit instead which is brilliant. Not buying Garmin again.
