Class action possible?

Hi all,

Is there any way we can initiate a class action against Garmin on the “broken digital display” issue?

At least half of the topics here are about this issue and it looks like Garmin is not yet ready to accept that this is a general problem with this model (ex. “If you plug the device into a computer usb port, does anything pop up on the screen”).

I paid 265 EUR (=300 USD) and I don’t want to accept that a company like Garmin sells such a crap device at this price and the only thing that they can say is “oops”.

I had a discussion with Garmin support, and they accepted to replace the watch as long as I support the international expedition fees (which are similar to a new watch on Amazon).

Why should we support any replacement/transport fee when it's clear it's a general problem with 2y+ devices?
