Hour hand on vivo move HR won’t align

The hour hand on my vivo move HR is stuck on 11. I have tried multiple times to align it in the app but it won’t move. Only the minute hand will align/adjust.
I have tried to reboot with the charger, I have waited for the battery to die to see if it will re set. I have deleted the app and re downloaded. Is there any thing else I can try? Nothing else seems to be working.

Hello. Have you tried resetting the device to factory settings by chance? If so, it sounds like we need to look into the warranty of your device.

Yes, I’ve tried a factory reset, it’s still stuck on 11.
