Auto activity starts when I'm not moving

All of a sudden my activity tracker starts automatically on my wrist even when I'm not moving. I've tried turning auto activity off and I even turned off heart rate monitor, didn't help. What's happened and how do I stop it??

Hello! Since disabling the feature can you unpair the device and re pair it back to the app and see if there is any difference. If not, I suggest resetting the device then pairing it back.
