Vivomove HR stops almost every day :(

I already got a new one under warranty, but still the same mess, the charger needs to plug in to restart and then the dials are wrong. I've also done a reset, still nothing.

it is annoying and makes the watch useless, does anyone else have the same problem, or what could help there?
