My vivomove hr has stopped working.

My vivomove hr has stopped working from 2 3 days.... No display.. Tried charging the same but its not getting charged

Urgent help required.. Mailed the issue to Garmin team but no response.

Day before it was showing fog on screen and then stopped working

Check the consumer laws of your country. In most civilized lands, the retailer is obliged to replace faulty goods within a period defined by the law. Often it is minimally one year. Device usage support…

Try if it reacts on master reset (look it up for your model on the User Manual). You can also try the manipulation described in the following post:

If it does not help, contact the store where you purchased it. Or find a phone number of the Garmin support call center and call them.

My device doesn't have buttons.... No stores nearby have ordered it from online... Tried taking call center nmbr but no luck

So send it back. Even online stores have to offer support, and exchange faulty devices.

This has nothing to do with the Garmin Connect Mobile app, so we need the watch model so we can get this on the correct sub-forum.
