When I slide through the menu or activate the touch screen, the hands immediately go to ten past ten?

When I slide through the menu or activate the touch screen at all, the hands of the watch face go immediately to ten past ten. Is this normal. I have calibrated the hands and the digital time is 1 minute slower than my Iphone. Any thoughts, have I bought a lemon? Thanks Lisa

That's normal. It makes sure the hands aren't blocking the screen when you need to read it.

Thanks. I'm a dumb ***, my 16 yo. told me this after I'd posted. Now to get the bloody thing to sync to the app, it says its synching but doesn't. Cheers
