pain in my wrist / arm

I just got a Garmin Vivomove HR for Christmas and i love it but i am having pain in my wrist and arm. This has happen to me in the past when i try a Fit-bit a few years ago but thought it was just me. I seen on line this is more common then i thought. I wanted to know if you knew why this pain was happen could it be due to the electronics be transferring to my phone. the band is not to tight that was the first thing i fixed and a did try my other wrist and had pain in that arm. I don't want to have to return it but will need to if pain does not go a way.

Garmin will want to hear from you regarding any discomfort that you believe is coming from your device. Suggest contacting Garmin support via chat, email, or phone.

I bought a Garmin Vivomove and have worn it a lot in the past 6 months. In the last month or so, I've been having left wrist pain where I wear the watch. I've tried wearing the band very loose but it still isn't any better. The pain is like a deep aching bone pain and is getting worse. It's so bad that I can hardly wear the watch any longer.

Hi ! Got about the same problem the 2 first monts and solved it doing 2 different things. First of all, I wore it less tight and second, after each sport sessions, I take it off, cleanse it, my wrist too.

And I put it back on when all is dry. No more problem now... If that can help.

I get similar pain in my wrist from my Forerunner 945. I wear it almost 24/7, and most of the time I don’t have pain. But when I do, it’s a deep pain that nearly debilitates my wrist. It’s very odd, and can only be coming from the watch. I’ll watch this forum to see how this stacks up. I hate to not use my watch, but i wonder if I should be more concerned.

I too am having issues with my left wrist. Dr. said that all 3 of the nerves running through my wrist are inflammed. In the morning I have a tough time holding a cup of coffee. They put me in a wrist brace so I moved my Garmin vivoactive 4 to my right wrist. Didn't think much about the watch being the issue until I just noticed some pain in my right wrist now. This has been happing for about 6 weeks.
