Activity Tracker

Vivo Active HR does not track my steps because it says it is not designated as my Activity Tracker.  Activity Tracker, however, is turned on.  It also tracks everything else.  Has anyone else seen this problem?  I simply cannot get Garmin Connect to recognize that the watch is my Activity Tracker fro my steps.

  • GC menu -> Garmin devices -> [tap your device] -> Activity tracking page. You should have activity tracking enabled there (near the top of the page). Scroll to the bottom of that page and check if that device is a preferred activity tracker too.
