My brand new Vivo keeps disconnecting from my Samsung Note 8 and then fails to pair again. I have got it to pair several times but now it keeps failing. I have turned all apps on and off . I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Garmin app. I have turned Bluetooth on and off. Bluetooth has the Vivo as connected but my phone wont connect via the app. Each time I have finally managed to get it to work I have had to enter the pin code sent to the watch. This is incredibly frustrating as it takes ages to re set each time. I presumed this is something that should happen automatically. If not this will be going back. Is appreciate any advice and the Live chat help dodnt help either!
