It sounds like your activity may have automatically saved after you forgot to hit this manually. We would recommend syncing through Garmin Express to see if this resolves your issue.

Having a similar issue on Fenix 3. Watch and android app are up-to-date.
I have a run on May 16th, and another on May 19th synced. But my May 18 run (which looks fine on my watch) is not syncing to the app/website.
Syncing through WiFi didn't resolve the issue as well although "Transfer Complete" message is being shown.

I did stop and save the activity, connecting through Express does not resolve the issue.
On 2 separate occasions this week, I have done 2 multiple activities. both stopped and saved on each time.
On each occasion Garmin connect shows the first activity, but not the second. All activities show on the Vivomove HR.

Even after starting and saving the activity on the watch, it does not register in the app or the website. This is terribly frustrating as it makes this feature useless. So what’s the point of having the watch if it doesn’t recognise the activity that it’s been tracking.
Hello! I apologize the activity does not seem to be syncing over. Are you able to still see the activity on the device itself? Can you plug the device into the computer and sync with Garmin Express and see if the activity will then sync. If it does not, please reach back out to me!
This happens to me all the time. On average 2/5 of my activities sync to the Garmin app. Constantly losing challenges because nothing records after syncing the watch to my phone.
