Vivomove HR not charging

Has anyone else had an issue charging their Vivomove HR. Ours was charging last night, but the greenlight for the heart rate monitor didn't shut-off even when unplugged and the watch died within a couple hours. Now it refuses to charge. The light and charging symbol flash on when plugged in and then immediately turn off again. Is there a way to reset the watch? Or has anyone else had this issue and found a solution?

I managed by unplugging the charger and replugging it in quick succession (so the green LED at the back lights up and goes off) and that seemed to work after a while.

I noticed that it won't turn off the heart rate LEDs if the strap of the watch is behind it - it probably thinks it's your hand and tries to read the heart rate.

So i kept on unplugging and replugging mine and after 6 or 7 times it started charging again. Don't know why. Just did it.

Thank you so much i did it same 9-10 times rapidly plugin and out then started to charge again at least
