Vivomove 3s Activities shown in app on smart device aren’t showing on watch.

“Run” is the only activity showing on the watch. Even “walk”, which can’t be disabled, isn’t an available option the watch. I have added and  disabled activities on the app and re-sync, but still only run is the only option.

Please help!
