Screen is way too dark (vivofit jr 3)

Screen is way too dark. So hard to believe there is no fix. This was a $100 watch. Will need to return. So disappointing.

Wish I would have read this forum first. Picked up marvel edition for my son tonight, WILL BE RETURNING TOMORROW!!!! Back light stays on for 2 seconds (I counted) just enough time to see what the dark icon is showing then I have to wait push the button 3 times to get the backlight on and start over. GARMIN ??? I would have been better off with gambling on a $39.99 Amazon no name.
