This update is currently paused as we investigate further into the reported Time issue.

This update will be downloaded automatically with the Garmin Jr. app.

Phased Rollout: 100%

Device Software Version: 2.60

Change made from 2.30 to 2.60

Improved error handling.
Fixed an issue where the alarm could fail to sound if a sync was occurring simultaneously.
Fixed an issue where the hour hand could be drawn incorrectly on the analog watch face.
Fixed an issue where steps were not reset at midnight in certain situations.
Fixed an issue where the time of day could fail to update.
Added further improvements to the reliability of pairing/syncing with the phone.

Time isn't kept with this new version. From time to time it gets a weird time, and only pairing with the phone "fixes it".

so basically both time and date are frozen on sync. if I look at the watch today, it still has the time and day I synced it last time (yesterday).

even if I interact with it (push the button), the time and date remain frozen.

for people having the same issue, resetting the watch, apparently, did the trick.

press & hold the button for 10 seconds (until it turns off). After that, just press the button again (click), and hopefully once it comes back to life, the problem would've gone away.

this is still happening, from time to time. if things are working for you before 2.60, stick to it.
