Multiple Vivofit Jrs in one househould

Hi there! We already have our (8yo) daughter's vivofit jr set up on our app from last year, but our 6 and 7 yo got one this year. Can I add additional children to the app? When I go to add new user on the app it indicates that I would need to delete her profile?

  • When adding a child it should pop up immediately "ready to connect" Have you made sure the app is updated? Close the app from running in the background then try again. If this does not work, try signing out of the app then back in and add the other 2 profiles.
