Poor quality of the device - Garmin refuses to solve the problem

Hello, 

My sons vivofit jr2 Star Wars Edition is looking as seen on the attached photos only after 8 months of everyday use. Garmin refuses to exchange the device because it is a mechanical type of problem which the warranty doesnt cover. 

In my opinion the quality of the printing on the device is simply very low. 

Do your devices look similiar after 10 months of use by your kids?
