Is this a faulty device, or this functionality is not even present?
I was able to add chores, but having run around the whole day; the kid's watch still had ZERO Steps. I really wanted to know this, hence bought the tracker in the first place.
PS: Syncing works fine, it's just the device does not register steps. Also, watch is aligned properly with the band (one user's issue was resolved doing this in the forum).
