what does the triange mean when syncing or pairing?

My vivofit 3 won't sync or pair, frustating! what does the traingel mean? I have garmin connect on my android phone and the compute isn't much help either.

Hi there! The triangle means its resetting. Can you take the battery out again for 10 min then put it back in. Then remove the device from the app and add it back.
