We are using Garmins (vivofit4) to provide to patients to track their steps in a rehab program.
They have the Garmin for 3 months, and when they return them I am in charge of synching them. I am synching each device to my own computer. Each Garmin has its own account and the patients aren't synching it themselves at home.
I am having this issue repeatedly - where when I try synch them, there are massive chunks of data missing. I know there should be data here because the patients are also using a diary to track their steps.

Is there a way to pull all available data from the vivofit 4? I have synched this one 10 times and no more data is coming off. It was synched and set up about a week before this patient started wearing it.
