My 2 year old Vivofit 4 won’t move off the clock mode. I hold the button down for probably 2 minutes before it will finally move to sync mode but only stays there maybe 10 seconds then goes back to clock. I recently changed the batteries hoping that would solve the problem but it didn’t.
