Flashng Screen

Has Garmin figured out what is causing the flashing screen on the Vivofit4? I have replaced the batteries in the past and this hasn't happened, but when I changed them today it is flashing and will not quit. Any suggestions?

From seeing other similar threads, this appears to be faulty hardware and needs to be handled by Garmin Support.
