I cannot sync vivofit2 with Garmin App

Hello,

I tried to sync my vivofit2 with Garmin app on my iPhone 11 pro but it always stops in the middle. I tried replacing batteries and removing my device, yet still not working. Is there any way I can fix this issue?

Hello! When you say it stops in the middle, are you saying the device does not finish syncing? If so, can you turn the wifi off and try to sync again?
