No Time/Date or Sync

About a month ago my vivofit4 only displayed steps and would not sync. I have removed batteries to reset (same display), reloaded Connect App then removed watch from App. NOW it won't even relink as new device but it does know it is a Vivofit4... Please help me get my time back...

My Vivofit 1 lasted years without problems... TomB
