No time or date display on Vivofit 4

My Vivofit 4 suddenly does not display anything other than steps (no time, date, etc.).  The device will not reset and I cannot get it to sync either via the ant stick or via the Connect app.  Any suggestions on how to get it to display the time?

  • Thank you, thank you. It appears, because I checked, that my batteries had died…and, the app had not told me like it normally does, that it was running down. It was doing exactly what is saying here. It was saying it recognized the device, but would not sync. I had to do what you said, disconnect the device from the Bluetooth, and then reconnect FIRST, and then go through. Thank you so much. It worked.
