When I soft reset/hard reset, complete reboot, return to factory settings, nothing seems to fix the problem. The software is up to date however it won't connect to the computer via usb cable to ensure this. The touch screen works initially and then stops, usually the buttons will still be able to be used so the screen can still change just not register anymore touches. The watch is super slow and most of the time ends up freezing. I am unsure what is left to do as I can't think of anymore methods to try and restore the watch, could you please assist?
