Feature Request for Vivoactive 4/4s to sync and show the same step streak shown in Garmin Connect

I have a 191 days step goal streak, but the animation on the watch display has suddenly started over, so today it was 5 days goal streak. The streak is updated in the Garmin app, so I’m not sure why this has happened. Anymore tried the same?

Same problem. I have a VivoActive4S and am on day 245 of my streak but my watch now says day 6. This is very discouraging as I keep track through my watch not by logging in. I've only had the watch since October 2020. Have there been any fixes?

Same problem. My VivoActive4S is only 9 months old and I'm proud of my 245 day streak but it reset and is now at day 6. Now the motivation is online instead of on my wrist. I'm not happy with this first Garmin I've ever owned.

Same Issue here.

Last weekend my watch froze while I was on a walk. I had to reset the watch as nothing was responding (Held the Activity button for 15 secs).

That reset the watch, but the next day I realised the time was out. and a second reset did not change the time.

So google said head outside and do a GPS activity. That worked and the watch is now fine, correct time and other than I seem to have lost a few hours of tracking before the watch actually froze - its all sorted.

EXCEPT - that my streak on the watch is now back to 5 days - where it is the correct 110 days on the app / website.

I also dont seem to be able to update my goal on the watch now either.

So if you could add me to the service issue as well that would be great!

hi, having the same issue, the step count is different for Aug 7 when I click 1d view and 7d view

At this time, this thread is only a feature request for the Vivoactive 4/4s to have the capability of syncing (and displaying) the (current and active) step streak shown in your Garmin Connect account.
