Vivoactive 3 Flashing White Light

In the last couple of days every time the watch syncs with Garmin Connect a small white circle flashes 2 or 3 times in the Heart Rate Area.

Does anyone know what this means and/or why it is happening.

Clarification for other readers, it the heart rate box in the Garmin connect app. Also, this isn't just on the vivoactive; I have a fenix 6 and my app does that as well.
