Where can I find the details on how to create, schedule and execute workouts onto a Garmin Vivoactive 3?

I have created several strength workouts directly in the Connect app, and can add  them to my calendar.  How do you xcute or start them?  Is there anywhere that just goes through all the details of efficiently using Workouts in the Connect app?
