distance not connecting on vivio active 3 while biking

My watch suddenly is not tracking my distance while biking. I have updated the software, reinstalled the software. Rebooted the watch to original settings. It does track how far I walk, so GPS seems to be working.?? I asked the help line and they told me connecting to garmin express and updating software would work, but it does not. Does anyone else have a suggestion?

Hello! When you select the Bike activity and you are waiting for the GPS to connect, is it turning green? Or is the bar red?

It stays red. I have turned GPS on and off multiple times to make sure it is on.

Ok, can you sync and can I have you go ahead and reset the device to defaults? It will wipe the watch but the app saves the data. Once its reset, pair the device back to the app and try to connect to GPS using Bike profile.

Are you going into the settings of the watch to restore?

Yes. The watch seems to be having issues locating satellite. I've had outside for over 10 minutes. Open area outside

I did go into settings. Reloaded everything. Still not connecting to satellite

I am in the US, in Wisconsin. Reloaded everything again. Still not connecting. I just reconnected to garmin express this morning, updated my watch... again. Still no connection
