HR monitor not operating

As of today my HR sensor does not work. I have done the soft reset and factory reset to no avail. I have also checked to make the HR monitor is on/off. This morning there wasn't even a green flash or steady light. Tonight it will randomly flash once. Please advise.

Found something similar on the Forum:

Few days ago, My active3 music Heart sensor suddenly not to working.

I hard-reset it, and it still not working.

Then, I hard-reset it for second times, before reset it I set Heart rate sensor off. After active3 reset, I turn Heart rate sensor on. And it still not working.

Finally, I turn Heart rate sensor off and power off Active3 music. Then, Power on Active3 music and set Heart rate sensor on. Now, It was working fine.
