no option for audio or vibrate during intervals in custom workout?

I have used both preset and custom created workout and can't seem to get notifications, either vibrate or sound between intervals. This is quite annoying because it is a pain to keep looking at watch to know when to change speed. Any ideas welcome!

I have downloaded an Interval-program, but now watch vibrations are very light, can't hardly feel them anymore during workout, so must look at the watch every minute or two. Quite frustrating! It's strange, almost like the battery is getting low, but it's not. One could compare to a electric toothbrush that needs to be charged.
