My screen is basically frozen.

I can't access any options. I can start a run and stop and save. That's it. And my GPS is not tracking properly. Failing terribly. What do I do to get my watch back to working properly?

I would try to reset it. Either a hard reset (pressing the button until it shuts off) or a full reset to default values.

Thanks! I did a full reset. I have functions back on my watch. But can't connect my watch to my phone now. so frustrating.

You probably need to remove the watch in the connect app, it still thinks it is connected but they are not paired since you reset it to default. Then add the watch again. If that fails, see if you can disconnect it from bluetooth, or wipe the data of the connect app (if you are on Android). It needs to forget the old watch and pair with the 'new' one.
