Has anyone ever found a solution for random 6 digit numeric codes randomly appearing on the watch face of the VA3? I saw comments on this issue in the forum, but didn't see any resolution posted.

I had this issue. In my case, it was the bluetooth trying to re-pair with a device. I called Garmin and they suggested looking for another device trying to connect with the watch. I discovered I had two devices trying to connect to the watch. My phone was paired with the watch, but when I was out of range of the phone my tablet tried to pair with the watch. When I turned bluetooth off on my tablet, the six digit pairing codes stopped appearing.
Hope this helps.
Thanks for your reply. I thought that I had all of my Bluetooth devices turned off except for my cell phone, but lo and behold the tablet Bluetooth was turned on. I turned it off and the problem has been fixed. Thanks again for your help.
quik fix.... you need to connect the garmin to your device you use for it and when it asks for the pin use the 6 numbers it is displaying it will reconnect and next time it does it it means it disconnected and needs to reconnect with those numbers as a varification
