My vívoactive3 will not connect to GPS. Any ideas

I've reinstalled app but still does connect. Find mobile doesn't work now . This is a new issue as it worked fine a couple of days ago.

What exactly is your problem?

Is the VA3 unable to connect to and sync with your phone?
Is your VA3 unable to get a GPS fix when starting an activity like running, cycling, etc.?
