Swipe has stopped working

My VA3 does not swipe from the watch face or the left side. It used to move to the heart rate screen and then overall daily stats but now nothing. Touch screen works otherwise so just the initial swipe

I had same problem. For some reason all the widgets were removed, that is why the watchface won't scroll by swiping up or down.

Hold on the watchface screen, go to settings, then widgets. Mine was…

Hold watch face.....go to settings......go to widgets.....add the ones back that you usually use and voila! , For some reason a glitz in the system they got deleted but now its all good.Your Welcome.

Hi all. I have been reading all the comments but hard to do some of the suggestions if it doesn't swipe allowing you access to hard reset or add widgets etc. Any other suggestions? Just turns on suggests a swipe direction then doesn't work

Just fixed mine too - I was about to declare the watch broken and go out and buy a Fitbit. Thanks so much for the advice!!
