Bluetooth icon isnt gone after turning it off

After last update the bluetooth icon on the watch doesn't disappear anymore. Only the icon, blietooth itself is off. Vivoactive 3

Anyone?

Just updated to iOS13 and restarted my watch. Don’t know what solved the problem, but now the Bluetooth symbol disappears, when the app is turned off.

when i also restarted the watch the problem was also solved, but it came back...

I turned the watch off by holding the sidebutton. It shuts off and after powering the watch on again the problem seems gone.

Testing.

Turning bluetooth first off on the watch seems to work. For Now

all worked but all off the sudden the problem is back
