Call notification issue: outgoing?? and incoming calls (VA3M)

Outgoing call is suddenly notified?? From today. I have 4.00 for a week.

When I tried to remove it, its either disconnect or turn speakers on my phone on.

And incoming call notification is still on and vibrating long after answering, and the same happens when I tried to dismiss it.

I tried reset, deleting and installing app... Nothing works.

I have the same issue since thursday on vivoactive 3 with Huawei P10. I narrowed this down and noticed that this happens when during a call, phone screen is turned off by proximity sensor of the phone. When screen goes black the notification shows up immediatelly on my vivoactive on both incoming or outgoing calls.

What is your phone model?

I fixed this by downgraiding Connect App to the previous version.

Same thing with a FR35 and a Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo.

Follow the advice for downgrading connect app. It works.

Nonetheless, Garmin needs to fix it. I contacted Garmin support about it and I am waiting for a response. I suggest anyone experiencing this issue do the same, so that Garmin is aware of the scope of the problem.

Me too since 4.18 version.

I have VA3 Music and Huawei P20 lite

With Huawei P20 Lite the behavior is like you explain. If you call with screen on, the notification doens't appear, but if you call with screen off then then notiffication appear.
