One activity to another ?

Hi all,

I am enjoying the my vivoactive.

When training I tend to circuit train using treadmill and Kettlebells - can anyone advise of the best way to track these activities with vivoactive (continuous recording) - at the moment when I finish on the treadmill and prior to moving onto the Kettlebell circuit I stop and save treadmill activity and ditto with the Kettlebell before moving back to the treadmill.

Is this the best way to record activity / is there a better way that I could do this.

Any advise would be appreciated
