REM Sleep not being tracked

Advanced Sleep - Your device didn’t monitor advanced sleep.
(REM Sleep is not being tracked - Everything else is)

1) I ALWAYS wear my device unless showering.
2) My device's heart rate monitor is on and functions well.
3) My device fits snugly but comfortably.
4) This is my only Preferred Activity Tracker.

All sleep cycles accept REM is being tracked. On some previous firmware updates (early 2018), REM tracking worked for a couple days, then stopped. This has not been the case with the most current updates. I have rebooted my watch, the app, and even reinstalled the app. This issue will not go away.

Again, everything EXCEPT the REM tracking works just fine.
