Venu touch screen stop working

My watch was working perfectly until today. I let the battery drain to <10% then charged, I removed from charge at 73% and now the touch screen isn't working. I have turned off by holding A and turned back on again but to no avail.

All recommendations welcome. Thanks

Hello! Can you please plug the device into the computer and hold the power button until the screen goes black, ignoring power off. Then turn it back on. Does the screen allow you to use it?

I am having the same problem. I tried the above to no avail.

In the end Garmin arranged an exchange for me. I did it through the chat function. Good luck!
