Just got my Venu watch yesterday. Yesterday I had issue syncing with my iPad. That seems to have resolved but other issues have arisen. Firstly, every time I try to connect my headphones after 3-5 seconds of searching the whole watch crashes. This has happened every time. I have updated to the latest software version so unsure why this is doing this any thoughts? Equally I did a 7km walk this morning and it had my step count at 8,000 on the watch. Once I completed my tracked walk my step count went down to 600 steps. My activity has been logged on the app so not sure why it hasn’t counted towards my step count.
