Since SW 4.50 Step count not correct in Garmin App

Hi all, 

i received the SW 4.50 last evening. 
Today my current Step count on the watch is 1456, in the app it shows me 2416. 

I hope it s not a bug in the new SW? 
Anyone else experiencing this?
