No vibrations

I have a garmin vivofit 3 we version 5.5. Within the last week all vibrations stopped. I even overslept because the alarm didn't vibrate. Ive checked all settings. Vibration is on medium, buy doesnt work on any setting. Is this software? Or is the watch defective?

Hello I have the same problem. Does anyone have a solution? I trust my watch and I missed an appointment!

I went through all restting steps. I then called Garmin. They did the exact same with me. No success. So they provided me a free return shipping address and I mailed them my "old" garmin, they sent a new garmin within 5 days. I am now wearing the replacement, and it works fine.

I had the same problem. While the timer was going off I gave my watch a few slaps against my palm and the vibration started working again. Ridiculous. I guess the mechanism got stuck. This watch is only a week old. Not good.
