Vo2 max

Went out for a walk to try my VO2 max on my Venu as been hitting the fitness hard over this week.

However, VO2 max isn't working at all on my Venu. Anyone experiencing issues with VO2 max on their Venu??

Did you meet the following criteria?
- Running Activity must be 10 minutes or longer in length
- Activity must be recorded outdoors with a GPS signal
- Heart rate must be elevated to 70% of your maximum heart…

I had the same issue when I accidentally turned off access to calendar for Garmin connect app on my phone. Go to settings on your phone>Applications> select Garmin connect and check permissions. Access to calendar has to enable to add records of VO2 Max.

From your watch you can start a manual V02 Max session. Go to the gear icon (settings), “user profile”, V02 Max, tap on it and it will take you to a screen where you can start the outdoor walk or run activity for 15 minutes.
