Hello, everybody,
I have a question about my own workouts. I created an interval training in the Garmin Connect. I also sent this training to the Venu and synchronized the Venu. If I start an activity now, I can't select this workout.
If I plan the interval but for today it will be offered when I start the activity.
I don't always want to have to schedule a workout in the calendar to start it. Am I missing something? What do I have to do to get it displayed under Workouts (if you wipe up and then select Workouts)?
