Any random ideas/advice for wellness? Mental or physical.

I do random things. Such as when I get nervous, I’ll focus on relaxing every muscle in my body while breathing deep, basic I know, but I’ll repeat phrases in my head... such as: “you chillin” or “be present”...

I know it sounds corny but stuff like that really helps me.

I’m in college and stressed a ton with life and my relationship and need to learn how to relax more. I struggle with racing thoughts and comparison.

    Sounds so familiar and what changed my life is when I started to do Mindfulness. Using app like Headspace and meditate one or two times a day made for me the difference!
