Drink alert every 15 seconds

Why is my Venu SQ all of a sudden alerting me to drink every 15 seconds while it's in walk mode? It never did this before, and it's truly annoying. How do I make it stop??

An alert must be set to drink. Go as if to start the activity, swipe up on the arrow at the bottom, settings, alerts, you should see it there and have an option to remove it. You can set a drink alert under “custom” alerts and can set a time limit. Not sure how this happened to you though.
