Device: Venu Sq [M] #6NB068378 S/w V3.40
1. Have been facing some issues with syncing the device with the Garmin Express app on my Windows 11 PC.
2. And now there's an update - Elf Music ANT/BLE/BT V8.02 - which is simply not getting downloaded.
3. Why don't I see the Software update to version 3.70?
Tried the following, but without any change to the situation:
1. Deleted and reinstalled Garmin Express app on Windows 11 PC [app V.7.13.1.0]
2. Reset watch to factory setting
Can anyone , incl. the Garmin folks help?
